Pro Sessions Aikido
The techniques you will learn are about blending, flowing with energy rather than direct conflict, relying on physical and verbal force. It is about stillness, focus, power, the precision and effectiveness in movement in your everyday life. That same stillness, focus, power, precision, and effectiveness in your movement will be there if you find yourself in a moment, that may determine injury or worse, to you or someone you love.
Precision and Effectiveness in Movement

Dojo Statement
It is about creating an environment where students and instructors can become the best version of themselves. The environment is built by a structured process, strategies, and tactics. The focus is on results, not activity.
Why do we place such a high emphasis on producing results, not just activity? Time and energy. Students and instructors cannot get back their time, and they only have a certain amount of energy each day.
When you understand this, not just an intellectual understanding, but where it has penetrated your whole being, you realize that each person you are dealing with is giving you the most valuable items in their life.
It is out of gratitude for their time and energy that drives us to increase our understanding of aikido techniques continually – constantly researching and implementing the best teachings on, instructing, how to train more effectively, and how to absorb and retain information better, communications, and time management.
It is not training that makes the difference; how you train makes a difference in the quality of your aikido and iaido.
